Fall beaty forcast: Panda eyes. The look is characterized by dark shadow on top and bottom eye lids. Cannot say I am a fan... I mean dark makup on my bottom eyelid just makes my dark circles more prominent (I should sleep more) but for those who are a bit experimental, and are into that neo-gothic meets zoo-phillia look I say go ahead!
